Hangzhou is called a city of paradise on the earth, the West Lake undoubtedly represents the beauty of Hangzhou. With rolling hills as its backdrop, this mirror-like lake is surrounded by willows with their branches waving in the wind and dotted by several islets and blooming lotus flowers.
Day tour to Hanghzou West Lake and Longjing Tea Village
The guide will meet you at your hotel in the morning around 8:00,drive aboput2 hours to Hangzhou,then taking a boat on the beautiful West Lake. West Lake has a picturesque landscape composed of the lakes, pavilions, corrisors and the lotus ponds, willows etc. The famous scenic spot "Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon" is printed on the backs of CNY1 yuan bill. "Viewing Fish at flower park" is a good place to watch the carps swimming in the ponds.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Lingyin Buddha Temple,one of the biggest buddhist Temples in China; then sightseeing of the Flying Peak on which 300 sculptures from the Five Dynasties to the Yuan Dynasty (907-1368) are scattered on the grotesque rocks,making it the largest group of sculptures in Zhejiang Province.
Afterwards, we will go to visitthe Longjing Tea Village, this is the home of the most famous green tea Longjing(Dragon Well).Drive back to Shanghai and drop you off at your hotel, end this nice tour.
